The Cambridge Circular Plastics Centre (CirPlas) is the home of research on plastics at the University of Cambridge

Established in 2019 with funding from the UKRI, CirPlas supported a range of plastics-focused research projects in the natural, social, and materials sciences. Together with Brigitte Steger and Teresa Perez, Patrick’s work at CirPlas focused on a comparative study of household plastic consumption, use, and disposal in England, Uruguay, Japan, and South Africa.
